This is the first example of a complex analysis of problems of legal regulation of small-scale business conducted by V.Ignatiev, Professor of the Slavonic University of Moldova Republic. Small-scale business is considered here as the object of regulating civil, entrepreneurial and administrative law. Besides, private legal and public legal principles are studied alongside with methods of regulating economic relations. Great emphasis is placed to complicated theoretical and practical problems of legal regulation of small-scale business, state and non-state forms and methods of support of small-scale business, protection of property and personal rights of businessmen. The author also suggests the ways of solving these problems basing on his scientific conceptions and draft laws. The book combines innovations of Moldova legislation with overseas practice of small-scale business regulations.
