The monograph is devoted to the urgent problems of ensuring environmental security of the Arctic region of Russia in the context of solving the problems of sustainable development, as well as improving legislation within the complex of interrelated issues of environmental, economic, social and institutional regulation. The book argued that today strategic measures to ensure environmental security of the Arctic region are in the direct realization of the instruments of law and are considered in the context of general problems of world politics.
