This book is a continuation of the stories about the destinies of people living on Sakhalin, told in the previous edition of "Lebyazhkin Stories" (2020). About the time in which the predecessors of the heroes of the first book lived, pre-war and post-war, about the trials that befell them. The book is largely autobiographical.
