This Law defines the legal and organizational principles for the creation and functioning of the Unified State Register of conscripts, and reservists, regulates relations in the field of state registration of citizens of Ukraine who are in reserve for the recruitment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations formed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine for a special period, as well as for the performance of work to ensure the defense of the state, and persons assigned to enlistment offices.
