"Lara" is a triquel to Maryna Hrymych's novel "Klavka". The image of the 26-year-old main character has already managed to attract readers. Thanks to her, the readers immerse themselves in the everyday life of Kyiv in the 1940s, in particular the Ukrainian literary community of that time, and at the same time follow with interest the intrigue of her private life. And Lara is Klavka's granddaughter. The image of this gifted, but very original girl is revealed, again, through the observations, experiences, and thoughts of Klavka, who has to steer the family ship through the times of the Chornobyl disaster. Lara is the daughter of Iura and a Crimean Tatar woman, and she will have to make her first serious choice in the novel.
