Let us present the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan that consolidates the right of all Azerbaijani people to work, rest and leisure, just and favorable conditions of work and other basic human rights and freedoms stipulated in the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaidjan. The code regulates liabilities, responsibilities, duties, obligations, rights, etc. of the employer and the employee as well as of the respective bodies representing state power in the sphere of labor relations.
