The monograph is devoted to international labor migrations of the population from the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Kazakhstan. The study covers the period from the end of 1990 to 2020, where a comprehensive analysis was carried out on the current state of Kyrgyz external labor migrants in Kazakhstan, with a periodization of the migration flow, as well as the interaction of state bodies and civil society in the management and regulation of migration processes.
