The author gave a special emphasis to the changes in the consciousness of his friends and acquaintances impacted by the Soviet propaganda, new regime, and Stalin's repressions. The book offers a name index. Unfortunately, the unique notes for 1946 by Jaan Roos are likely to be lost. Though, soon the reader will enjoy the notes for 1948-1949 that are being prepared for publishing.
