Evgraf Ivanovich Korolev was a major Tomsk businessman. He was elected mayor twice (1876–1879, 1887–1890). He responded to the needs of the city with large donations, which he made himself or together with his brother Vsevolod. The Korolev brothers were originally from Rostov, arrived in Siberia young, and left their mark on the history of Tomsk. The collection of documents and materials includes previously unknown documents from the archives of Tomsk, Yaroslavl, and Moscow.
