The album contains about 340 photos of the summer residences and homesteads of the end of the XIXth – beginning of the XXth century. The photos were taken both by the professionals and amateurs. Works by A. S. Mazurin, a master of the Russian photography, whose photos had not been published before, are among them. The edition also includes unique family archives, dedicated to the summer residence and homestead life in Russia before the Revolution.
