The name of Alexander Sheltunov, graphic artist and painter, is known in Irkutsk, Russia, and abroad. In 2021, Alexander Ivanovich would have turned 70 years old. The artist loved Irkutsk, was sensitive to its history and devoted a significant part of his graphic and pictorial works to the city.
