he problems of the 2018 conference are related to the disclosure of the methodological capital of philosophical knowledge as the basis for complex projects and programs in the scientific and innovative sphere. Trends in scientific and technological progress today determine the trajectory of development of all areas of social practice. Under these conditions, philosophy, which is both a heuristic basis of scientific thinking and the focus of humanitarian expertise, assessment and forecasting of technogenic transformations, faces fundamentally new challenges.
