This collection of proceedings were assembled from the original scientific research of participants of the 21th International symposium “Integration of Archaeological and Ethnographic Research”, which took place in Barnaul on October 06–08, 2015. The symposium dedicated to the 130th anniversary of the birth of S. I. Roudenko and 200th anniversary of the birth of A. F. Middendorf. The proceedings collects the work of archaeologists, ethnologists, anthropologists, ecologists and other experts from Asia, Europe, devoted to studying the problem of how to integrate archaeological and ethnographic research.
