The book “Institutional Law of the European Union” consists of three parts: “General Theory”, “Institutions of the European Union” and “Domestic Market and Freedoms”. The first focuses on the evolution of the concept of the European idea, on the emergence of communities and their development before the Lisbon Treaty.
