The monograph explores the theoretical and methodological foundations in the innovative development of entrepreneurial structures in market economy countries. The economic mechanisms of innovative development in foreign countries and the results of their adaptation in the Russian economy are considered. Using the example of some regions of the Arctic zone of Russia, the authors analyzed the economic mechanisms of innovative development of business structures, and also proposed conceptual approaches to spatial interaction of various enterprises of the fishing industry in the development of living natural resources. The Murmansk region, which is completely part of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation, was studied with special attention.
