The first of the book's three sections takes in commentaries of the present-day Russian legislation on succession, including the third part of the Civil Code of the RF (came into force on March 1, 2002) as well as descriptions of examples occurring in legal practice. The second part of the edition represents a collection of the newly and earlier published documents: alternative testaments, certificates of the inheritance right and applications, while in the last one texts of the documents from the active legislation, regulating legal relationship on inheritance in Russia, are stated.
