The monograph deals with issues related to the computerization of the Russian judicial system. The article gives theoretical, historical and legal, comparative and normative analysis of elements of electronic justice. The full description of the concept, essence and legal regulation of informatization of the judicial system of the Russian Federation is presented. The article studies historical experience, development of informatization and problems arising in its implementation. The mechanism and components of e-justice in the law enforcement activities of courts have been considered in detail.
