Collaborative monograph. In the monograph, special attention is paid to the current trends and future conditions of higher education development in Kazakhstan. The book is a joint work of the team of authors, it consists of 11 chapters that include great achievements of foreign and Kazakhstan higher educational institutions, opinions of experts.
