The author of the book did a great job. He systematized a huge amount of material, wrote in simple and intelligible language about the life and work of the great artist. The master lived for 83 years, sixty-five of which he devoted to art. He created thousands of paintings, book illustrations and monumental works. His ceramic panels decorate the Alisher Navoi station of the Tashkent metro, and the Friendship of Peoples mosaic decorates the Kyiv station of the Moscow metro. There are Akhmarov paintings in the Uzbekistan sanatorium in Kislovodsk, Samarkand and Bukhara, Kokand and many other cities of our country.
