The study of consciousness is a fundamental and primary philosophical problem. The thematization of various aspects of consciousness occupies a significant volume and a significant place in the general body of philosophical knowledge. The collective monograph is dedicated to the most important period in the study of consciousness - Kant's transcendental philosophy and the numerous concepts of consciousness that followed it. The authors see their goal primarily as exploring the influence of Kant's philosophy of mind on subsequent thinkers, explicating the various types of reception of the theory of consciousness and trying to discover whether there is any noticeable "strategic" influence of Kantian principles about consciousness and experience on modern noetic philosophy. In addition to Kant’s philosophy of consciousness, the monograph presents in chronological order theories that have developed from the beginning of the 19th century to the present day.
