The authoress of the book made a successful attempt to reflect the literary situation in Ukraine at the end of the XXth century. Different writers, poets and literary critics living in Ukraine as well as abroad were interviewed to give a clear picture of the literary society. The interviewees do not only meditate upon the present situation but try to cast a glance at the writer's place in the XXIst century.
