The multi-author monograph presents the results of research made by sociologists of the Tumen Industrial University and their partners within the framework of a grant from the Russian Humanitarian Science Foundation (project №15-03-00367).
The monograph examines the theoretical, methodological and socio-managerial problems associated with the new industrial development of the circular oil and gas region, the socio-economic transformation of the territory of the Tyumen North.
