Pamessou Walla, defended his Doctorate Degree in English literature in 2011 at the University of Lomé where he is currently serving as a Senior Lecturer of English Literature. His research works are mainly based on women emancipation, the mediation and fellowship between men and women, blacks and whites without discrimination of race and gender in English literature, especially English drama across Elizabethan, Victorian, modern and postmodern periods.
