The book provides new data on the history of settlement and development of the territory of the Pirovsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Fragment of census books of arable peasants, white local Cossacks, townspeople and clergy of this part of the Yenisei district in the 17th century are published. The results of the first (1719), fourth (1782) and ninth (1850) audits of the settlements of the Belsky court and volost are summarized. The features of the settlement of the territory by exiled settlers in the 19th century are described, and data on political exiles is provided.
