The book is the first attempt to systematize memorable dates and events in which the Aguls were involved, as well as to arrange in chronological order in a brief presentation of historical, cultural, ethnographic and archaeological facts. Alkhasov Gadzhi Alkhasovich (1962-) is a linguist, who deals with issues of historical linguistics of the East Caucasian languages.
