Based on new approaches to the problems and unique and original materials the research aims at inquiring into the little studied facts and phenomena in the history of Soviet Siberia. The study throws considerable light on social and political life and activities of intelligentsia, peasantry and numerous political parties in Siberia during the period of the October Revolution; gives analysis of social and political situation in Siberia in the time of "Military Communism", the Siberian Region in the years of the New Economic Policy and life of the Region during the1960s-1980s.
