The book is a capital guide to the cultural past of Serbia. The 848-page, large-format book contains 259 thematic chapters presenting the historical and cultural heritage of Serbian artists, painters, sculptors, architects, graphic artists and other representatives of the fine arts on Serbian soil. Particular attention is given to the history of architecture and other fine arts: painting, sculpture, graphics, as well as contemporary artistic disciplines and applied arts.
