The edition of the Belarusian Non-State Institute for Jurisprudence is devoted to the whole spectrum of problems connected with science of law, from the very sources of its origin and traces it up to the modern legal foundation of Belarusian state. The body of the publication is divided into several chapters, namely, "Beginning of Jurisprudence", "Jurisprudence and State" and "Law Thought in Belarus During XVIII" and the whole book is crowned with the chapter "Jurisprudence in the Republic of Belarus".
