The authors of the book are V.N. Kirillovykh and G.V. Antsev. Kirillovykh V.N. is a Chief Designer of the "Lun" rocket–carrying ekranoplane. Antsev G.V. is a Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Designer of R.E. Alekseev Central Design Bureau of the Russian Federation, Hero of Labor of the Russian Federation, who led the development of the radar complex and medical equipment for the Rescuer ekranoplane.
