In order to reduce the level of crime, as well as to prevent the commission of illegal behavior by persons previously held in places of deprivation of liberty, our state is actively involved in the implementation of penitentiary and post-penitentiary adaptation. The consolidation of the priority of universal human values in the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan predetermined new approaches to the organization and content of the social policy of the state, which contributed to the optimization of activities in the field of providing support to persons released from penitentiary institutions and registered with the probation service.
