The collection presents the materials of reports and speeches of participants of the traditional international scientific and practical conference in the framework of the annual scientific and practical conferences on the theme “Cross-Border cooperation: historical events and modern realities”, which was held in Chita in September 2019.It was dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory of Soviet and Mongolian troops on the river Khalkhin Gol.
