The book is dedicated to the memory of the honored cultural worker of Ukraine Halyna Mykhaylivna Bozhyk (1956–2022), who left a noticeable mark in the history of culture and education of the Kovel region. Being the chief librarian of the district for more than thirty years, she did a lot for the development and modernization of libraries and raising their authority.
