Most of the collected documents see the light of the day for the first time and deal with the history of the Altai Provincial Extraordinary Committee, while the second part reflects repressive activities of the above mentioned body. The third section is composed of letters and citizens' addresses in the support of the repressed. All in all, the collection numbers over 200 documents.
