Alexander Georgievich Saprunov (1949-2019) was honored worker of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR and Russia, Head of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Krasnodar region in 1994-2000, Head of the Main Directorate of Internal Affairs of the Stavropol region (2001-2005), Honorary Citizen of Krasnodar, Hero of labor of the Kuban. The book includes the memoirs of relatives, friends, colleagues, as well as publicistic articles about the life and work of A.G. Saprunova.
