This book, prepared by two well-known economists, provides an overview of the most critical problems that exist today in Ukrainian economy. These problems are examined through interaction of the State banking system with other economic entities in terms of the monetary-crediting policy. Analyzing real macroeconomic processes the authors elaborate their own model of money demand based on their vision of its nature and essence of monetary policy. The authors also analyze the evolution of money supply in the country and its impact on economy demonetization, find out discover of insufficient money supply in Ukraine and insist on the necessity of fast execution of real institutional reforms.
