Gennady Petrovich Avlasenko is a Soviet and Belarusian writer, poet and playwright. Currently working as a teacher of biology and chemistry. Member of the Union of Belarusian Writers since 1999. He began to study literature quite late, from the end of the eighties. First there was poetry in Russian and Belarusian. In addition to children's fairy tales, Gennady Avlasenko began to write at that time small “adult” stories, varied in subject matter, on the border between reality and fantasy. The next step in mastering prose was fantasy novels. One of them, "Wild Cats of Barsoom", together with several stories, was published in 2009 by the Harvest publishing house. In 2011, the same publishing house published the fantasy novel Prisoners of the Black Forest. When Major Ted Tyler, Chief of Air Base Security, was informed this morning of the mysterious disappearance of Airman Third Class Mort Clayton in the Fifth Maintenance Hangar, he thought it was a fool's hoax. But the private really disappeared in front of his dumbfounded colleagues, leaving neatly laid out uniforms on the concrete floor. And the return appearance after some time in the same place of Mort Clayton was completely inexplicable, like his unconscious state with incoherent mumbling about some kind of "yellow sand" and "endless sea".
Eyewitnesses of the incident could not even imagine that this was only the beginning of a chain of strange and terrible events. Events that will soon cover the entire planet and threaten the very existence of a developed human civilization.
