Global economic (globoeconomic) wars and aggressions have been waged for centuries, and there is no reason to expect them to end soon. For this reason it is useful to understand the goals of their initiators and organizers, to know the explicit and implicit principles, which assaulters are guided by, and what impact do the main direct and indirect actions used in such wars and aggressions have on the economy of the victim country. The basic aims, main principles and the typical chains of distribution of the effects of the economic war and aggression on the example of economic life of the USSR and the Russian Federation as an object of group aggressive impact of a number of countries are discussed in this book.
