Nowadays, the Sinai collection includes more than 230 manuscripts and 1600 fragments that substantially help to enrich the knowledge about life and creative work of cloistral community at Sinai. Vast majority of these manuscripts from old and new collections are dated the Xth century. In Georgian materials of the Sinai, especially in the new collection, so called Hierosolymitan period of the service: liturgical books, lectionaries, and others is reflected .
