The proceedings of the conference include the abstracts on: seismicity of the Far East and Eastern Siberia; tectonics and geodynamics of the northwestern part of the Pacific region; manifestations of tsunamis and other marine hazards; observations and risk mitigation of recent volcanism; geological and geomorphological aspects of the assimilation strategy of the of coastal resources; environmental problems and geo-ecological risks. 120 highly qualified specialists of the leading scientific organizations of Russia, Belarus, Japan, Kyrgyzstan, France, and Egypt took part in the conference, they had submitted more than 160 papers.
