This monograph is a continuation of the authors' long-term work on the study of the geocultural space of Perm and the historical cities of the former Perm province. The solution of the problems considered in the monograph is based on the concept of geocultural branding of cities and territories in the form in which it is presented in the scientific works of Doctor of Cultural Studies Dmitry Nikolayevich Zamyatin, as well as on the theory of the creative city of the British scientist Charles Landry, in particular, on the provision on creative action.
