The publication presents new and previously unknown materials to the general public about the planning and implementation by Nazi Germany of the policy of genocide of the Belarusian people through mass punitive operations. Evidence is provided of the brutal methods of reprisals by the Nazis against the civilian population of the BSSR, as well as the participation of Ukrainian, Latvian, Belarusian and other collaborators in these crimes.
