A theoretical paradigm of financial regulation of innovative activity in the context of digitalization of the national economy is formed in the monograph. The methodological principles of the organization of regulation of innovation processes were deepened. The peculiarities of architecture and the key vectors of the formation of the digital economy in Ukraine are clarified. The effectiveness of financial regulation tools and innovative infrastructure as the basis of digitalization is analyzed.
