The monographic work elucidates theoretical and methodological basics of application of protective sanctions in the international trade and the system of protection of commodity producers against merchandise import in the framework of the World Trade Organization. In the book a special emphasis is laid upon the conceptual basis of formation of the mechanism of taking special protective and antidumping measures in Belarus on the way of entering WTO and integration processes. The work highlights the branches of Belarusian industry in which application of protective sanctions is essential from social and economic viewpoints.
