The monograph is devoted to the comprehensive study of the forests of Abkhazia. In it, the central place is given to forest-forming processes. The genesis and regularities of the florocenotic, ecological-geographical, forest-typological differentiation and age dynamics of one of the ancient and complex forest communities dominated by Caucasian fir, Pitsunda and Koch pines, Oriental beech, Iberian and Gartvis oaks, Sowing chestnut, Bearded alder, Boxwood forests.
