Nikolay Rubtsov (3 January 1936, Yemetsk – 19 January 1971, Vologda) was a Russian poet. The author wrote the book based on archive documents on the time of Rubstov’s service in the Northern Fleet. The book includes Rubstov’s photos and poems and poetry works by the Northern poets dedicated to Rubtsov.
