Despite the common opinion that there was only one war between Russia and Finland (The Winter War, 1939-1940), the author aims to prove that Russia had to fight three wars (1918-1922, 1939-1940 and 1941-1944) against the aggressive state that aimed at creation of the Grand Finland with such chief towns of districts as Murmansk, Arkhangel'sk and Petrozavodsk.
