The monograph presents studies of the processes of formation and use of financial and investment potential in the northern and Arctic regions of the Russian Federation, highlighting its units: potentials of companies (organizations), households, fiscal and credit potentials. A set of methods revealing the features of the studied processes is developed: the methodology
for quantitative assessment of financial and investment potential, taking into account mobility and multiple directions of financial flows and oriented to open data; the methodology for managing reproduction process in the renewal of fixed assets; the methodology for determining the level of budgetary potential use.
