This brilliant collection includes reports and statements, delivered at the Festival of Slavic Culture, celebrated on May 25, 1996 in Tver. The Festival is celebrated annually in the cities and towns of Russia in honor of Great Russian enlighteners Cyril and Methodius. The aim of the Festival is to show the unique originality and rich traditions of Slavic culture, its moral values, achievements in the sphere of enlightenment, art and science.
