The book about Theodosius, published a few days ago, dated the year 2020. She was conceived by Natalya Yuryevna Kolomyiychenko, the daughter of the author, and Svetlana Berezhneva, a family friend, a veteran of the Karadag tourist club. Knowing about our many years of cooperation with Yuri Fedorovich, they proposed to publish a book and brought dozens of newspaper publications from different years to the editorial office of the Koktebel Publishing House. "Some of these articles are still remembered by the old-timers of the city. But for new generations of the Theodosians, much of what was written by the pope will be a revelation," Natalya Yurievna drew attention.
The title of the collection "Theodosius. History and Memory" was proposed at our very first meeting. These three words for Yuri Fedorovich Kolomiychenko (1915–1995), Honorary Citizen of Theodosius, architect, local historian, philokartist, always meant a lot. It was in such a “triangle” that he worked - he enjoyed life, created, wrote, saved - in the name of his beloved city.
