This is the first issue of a new scientific magazine “Feniks”. The collection reflects the contemporary stage in the development of art and science. It represents an attempt to show the eternal aspiration of culture to soar above the world of vanity and maybe to fall down and then - to soar again. The annual contains investigations of both young and famous scientists, who aim at searching for the most concealed senses of culture.
